Program Description

By giving us your permission, you agree to receive text messages from Kouvaris Orthodontics at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include:

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and changes
• Replies to calls or messages you send our office
• Treatment and appliance status updates
• Billing and account notices

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

How to Join

You can give permission to receive text messages by:

• Signing up on our text message sign-up page at sanjose-orthodontist.com/textalerts.html
• Telling a member of our staff, by phone or in our office, that you would like to receive text messages at your mobile number

Permission is not a condition of treatment or of purchasing any service from us. You can decline and still be seen as a patient.

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your interactions with our office.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Kouvaris Orthodontics does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates for messages and data will apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

This program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated brands. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
